FoodieOrder provides commission-free online ordering and related tools for independent restaurants. Features, plans, and pricing are described on our site and in any separate service agreement.
When you request a demo, you authorize us to contact you as described in our Privacy Policy, including by phone (including automated or AI-assisted calls), text, and email.
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it unlawfully.
Any fees are set out on our pricing page or in your service agreement. FoodieOrder does not charge a commission on your orders.
Any savings figures, calculators, or examples on our site, including modeled annual savings, are illustrations based on assumptions such as order volume and average order value. They are estimates, not guarantees of any specific result.
The site and its content are owned by FoodieOrder or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
The site may reference or integrate third-party services (such as delivery apps, payment processors, or mapping providers). We are not responsible for those third parties.
The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoodieOrder is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited as set out in any applicable service agreement.
You agree to indemnify FoodieOrder against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or end access to the site at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date.
