Information you give us: when you book a demo or contact us, we collect your name, restaurant name, role, phone number, and email address.

To respond to your demo request and contact you; to provide, operate, and improve FoodieOrder; to send service and marketing communications; to analyze site usage; and to meet legal obligations.
When you submit the demo form, you agree that we and vendors acting for us may contact you at the phone number and email you provide, including by automated or AI-assisted phone calls, text messages, and email, to schedule and follow up on your demo. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out anytime: reply STOP to texts, tell us on a call, or email privacy@foodieorder.com.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers acting for us (for example, telephony and AI calling vendors, scheduling and CRM tools, hosting, analytics), with advisors and authorities when required by law, and with a successor in a merger or sale of assets.
